I have around 6 years of Java experience, mostly in backend work. I saw a job opening Software Engineering Lead Analyst at Evernorth, seems like a mix of coding and leading.

I’ve mentored juniors before but haven’t officially led a team.
Anyone here worked in a similar role?
What is the day to day like? Do you still get to code, or is it more planning and coordination?
