I have completed L1 and L2 rounds for an ETL Developer role at PwC and have an HR round next. I have around 4 years of experience.

What usually happens in the PwC HR round? Is it mainly about salary discussion? Also, what CTC can I expect for this experience? I currently have another offer of 9.5 LPA.

I’m 25 and have found a duplex I’m considering purchasing as a rental property. Planning on renting both units and have the cash to make the down payment without an issue. My cash flow analysis has a payback period of 3 years for my down payment and a 13 year payback period for the whole investment. I think financially it makes sense.
