Joining PWC Bhubaneswar in a month’s time are they really assigning 4-5 project at a time and work hours from 12-13 hours?

I have an offer of 13 lpa fixed from Concentrix Catalyst (previously pk global), yoe 2.8 years.
Is it a good company to join in terms of wlb, work environment, job security, flexibility, leave policy and internal hikes?

What is McK London WFH policy now? Is it still work from home any number of days of the week you want and project allow or have to go in a couple of times a week?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

This annual appraisal I have got a good % of appraisal increment on my salary but I was not promoted to a senior developer (although I have been mentoring a junior dev in my team and been part of building the project by implementing new technologies and tweaks) and my total YoE is 3.5+ years. hey, I joined Deloitte in June 2020 as an GPS SA analyst, I just staffed on internal project only providing me adjusted utilization. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this? My target promotion year on TOD is 2022. My manager said we might sell to client and extend this project in September but nothing guaranteed.
