Hi,

I have given 2 rounds and was told verbally that I have cleared both the rounds and they are waiting for delivery manager approval to release my offer. It's been 3 weeks now, the recruiter is not picking up my calls and not responding. What shall I do? Also has this happened with anyone else?

I got my offer letter after 1 month from my final HR round. But HR were consistently responding to all my mails. Hope this helps.

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? Hi,

I am having total 4 year of experience. CCTC is 8.6 lpa TechStack is Java,Springboot,Microservice with Azure cloud

I have offer of 19 LPA from Optum which includes 2.5lpa variable

Today after HR round with Morgan Stanley they have given me the amount as 2365000 base + 141900 EmployerPF + 354750 Variable + 4.75 lakh relocation.

Now, I am totally confused which one should I proceed as the amount is also beyond expectations from Morgan.

Please help me in choosing one out of both of these.
