I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. Turns out he was telling me I was scheduled for 3 different interviews for 3 different teams in one day. Has anyone heard of a company doing that or gone through this for an interview? Question for paid search experts who have big agency experienc (e.g. big 4, dentsu, etc.) - is it considered standard to use SKAG instead of STAG, and use alpha/beta structures?...even with the changes Google has made to phrase and exact match? The various agencies I've worked at (small agencies) never use that method.

Who knows about Goosehead insurances work culture. 5 min into sourcing I’m seeing some discouraging statistics about who they move up faster vs who they don’t. I have a interview this week and I don’t know if I should even continue forward. My main goal is growth and if it’s going to be an unfair environment then that’s a no go.

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors.
