I have recently received offer from Mindtree where 2lakhs is given as FEP. I'm seeing in quora thay if you don't declare this amount it is not paid? Is this true? Please help as I have other offers as well which I will consider if this is true.

Hello friends, looking at a JP opportunity and hopefully going into the offer process after today’s interview. What I need help is understanding the comp structure in non front office roles ? In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?

Already cleared technical and managerial round of Mindtree and salary Final discussion pending for C6 level.
Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.

Is there any probation period in mindtree? In the offer letter it is not mentioned. How is the culture and wlb and job security in mindtree. Mindtree folks please suggest🙏
