I'm interviewing at a SaaS company that has about 50 people. What's a good way to figure out how financially stable they are? What questions can I ask in an interview? I don't want them to turn around in 6 months and lay me off because the economy isn't doing well.

I have 3 years experience being an account manager in a large brokerage. I got promoted to be a supervisor to a small team of account managers and started at $77k and have now increased to $83k 6 months later. At Mindtree, I had only 1 technical round and submitted google form then I had ctc discussion with HR and she said that she is sending for approval.
How long it takes to get ctc approved and also will there be managerial round as well?

But my ex employer is not removing the returned part from my form 16 which means not only I have to return the whole amount but also pay tax for the retuned amount. Has anyone faces similar thing.
