I have to choose one

Deloitte India - 20 fixed + 10% variable
[2 Days office- hometown location]
Tiger analytics - 25 fixed + 1 Lakh Joining bonus(
[WFH]

Suggest me what should I choose given my 5 years of experience.
Please do share the reason as well w.r.t WLB/job security.

No doubt Tiger Analytics.

WLB depends on project. Some projects are really smooth whereas others are very hectic. Your WLB will keep changing from time to time.

Tiger had very low instances of layoffs, the most recent being start of 2025 due to over hiring the previous year. It was mostly BI folks so consultant might not worry

Homeowners- how did you decide what neighborhood to buy in? I love the Arlington area (rosslyn thru ballston), but my husband would rather have more of the city experience. I’m open to seeing other neighbors but this is my wishlist:
- 1. clean, safe neighborhood - 2. Neighborhood with trees and decent shot at parking (and cheaper than Georgetown $14 parking). - 3. Cute & more upscale shops and restaurants. Do any DC neighborhoods fit this?

Are exclusive social clubs in DC worth the money? I just realized how expensive it is after going through the whole application process ($4k initiation fee and $3.5k annual membership fee). Initially I was interested because I wanted to meet new people and make friends but not sure if it’s worth that much money. Does Equinox or any other clubs offer any similar social events?
