Noob question on selling puts- I just sold a weekly put that I WANT to get assigned. The stock fluctuate a few dollars a day so I’m looking for a specific price to own the shares at vs entering a limit order. Homeowners- how did you decide what neighborhood to buy in? I love the Arlington area (rosslyn thru ballston), but my husband would rather have more of the city experience. I’m open to seeing other neighbors but this is my wishlist:
- 1. clean, safe neighborhood - 2. Neighborhood with trees and decent shot at parking (and cheaper than Georgetown $14 parking). - 3. Cute & more upscale shops and restaurants. Do any DC neighborhoods fit this?
