Can anyone tell me the joining bonus clause in tiger analytics?

I just graduated this past May with a degree in computer science and accepted first job offer as an engineer at 84k no bonus in Massachusetts. However, I keep hearing that people are getting 150k-250k (includes bonuses) as an entry level salary. What are your thoughts on that? Is 84k as a first job salary good in MA?

I am an electrical engineer working in a Data center having 5 years of experience and getting 5 LPA which is so less to survive in a city like mumbai. On the other hand my friends with similar experience getting 20 lpa to 30 lpa. I would like to know 1) is it possible for me to jump into IT sector?
