Did I see a Freelance Producer day rate at $1,200? Really? Even at the most experienced and talented level, over $1,000 seems to be a fantasy.

Have you ever applied to a lower level position and convinced them to just give you the title you already have? Is it just a matter of salary and if they can afford you/your title?
