To those at V25 firms, how do you view your London office in terms of the quality of work we get and overall importance to the firm? Like is there a perception of us being a step down or ancillary to the big leagues of NYC or not? There’s generally a perception here that L&W and K&E are the only US firms where London can even begin to compete with stateside in terms of generating l work organically but would be interesting to know what you all think? Hey BA friends! I work at a small agency and we’re doing a shoot end of the month. Normally all of our production insurance is covered by liners but for some reason this shoot clients are asking to see our production insurance policy, which we don’t have. Is this something every agency should have? I’ve either had client or production cover so not 100% sure on this! US based company. Shoot is oversees.

Good amount of BA Directors around 60 or older that I know. Agencies probably aren’t thinking about it but they need to work on the next generation soon. Great time to elevate some Sr level people to Associate Directors.

Do you think potential bosses get intimidated when a candidate for a job has about the same amount of experience as them? And won’t hire them for fear that employee might try to take their job once they get in. I know a Sr who has been looking and wondering if this might be a roadblock for her.
