Hi, I need your advice. I was interviewed for a position at HCLTech, and we finalized the salary. The HR said I’d receive the offer letter in 10 days. Today is the 10th day since the discussion, and I’ve received two blank emails from HCLTech stating my resume is shortlisted. The second email had a document titled "Communication to WOTC Process." Does this mean my profile is moving forward? If yes, when can I expect the offer letter?

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.

Trying to explain to my non consulting friend that your salary can climb by 60k easily in 4 years. Please share your experiences of this guys (more examples the better)
