But, as of the last couple years..it’s just more about stability, keeping working relationships happy, building finances, i.e. it’s just a job. Not about pushing for the most fun creative ideas—I still do that—I just don’t care enough to fight as much if they don’t get it. My visa was also set to be processed but then the company stopped with this and started stating that it is pending for approval from client. It’s been more than 6 months now. Can I anybody help me? I came to US on an L1b in 2018 and switched to H1b in 2021 Oct. Current 797/visa expiry is stated as July 2023, by which I would have spent 1.5 years on H1b visa (and 3.5 years on L1b before that). During h1b extension , will I get another 4.5 years of extension? How does extension work when u switch visas?
