Hi, I want to know what max salary IBM gives for 6.8Y . They are offering me around 28 LPA fixed. I also have another offer around 30 fixed + variable, so I wanted to check if IBM can match that offer.

If IBM can match around 30 LPA, I would prefer to join IBM. Also what will be the band 7B ?
