I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. I like to pursue in the data science field. I have business Analyst experience but to switch to data science field could you guide me on what should I learn? Where should I start?

A recruiter I’ve worked with in the past reached out to me gauging my interest in a Director role. While I meet the role requirements for the most part, I’m not sure that I’m prepared to move to the next level as it would certainly put me outside of my comfort zone. At the same time. I also have young kids and I want to find a good work/life balance, but my current job environment seems a bit unsteady and I don’t have great balance there either.
