Hi! I'm a night owl by necessity right now, thanks to my part-time second job. Because of my weird hours, I often end up applying for new positions in the wee hours of the morning, like 3 AM. I'm actively looking for a more typical 9-to-5 role and am ready to shift my schedule, but I do wonder if applying so late (or early) could be viewed negatively by a potential employer. Does it make me look less serious or disorganized?

During work from office days, a representative from third party vendor organization used to visit the Gurgaon office during the Investment Proof Declaration days to help folks with "rent agreements, PAN number and rent slips" (ahem!! ahem!! IYKYK) and we were able to claim tax deductions.
