Hi, I’m going to be moving to Atlanta, GA with no car and won’t have one until I decide to save for it. My job is in the business district and I want to be a 30 min or less MARTA ride away from work. Any advice on rentals in midtown? Apartments? How smooth MARTA works? Thank you in advance!

I’m an in-house lawyer with two years of post JD experience. I’ve graduated from a top Canadian school (if that matters). My work is focused on regulations within the capital markets. I’m considering management consulting. I’d like to know what salary range I should aim for at Deloitte, PWC, etc at their NY offices. I appreciate any insight you can give me.

Additional Posts in Relocation

Hello!

How do relocations work when they're delayed?

My job advised me in July that I was approved to be relocated and promoted.

They told me a week before my move date that they are pushing my move back TWO MONTHS.
I explained that I have no place to stay or to store my things because I was planning on being in our new location. I was told that they were NOT going to assist me with living arrangements and that I should find a second job to help hold me over until the move.

Looking for roommate in Miami. Ideally trying to split a 2BR for $2,500 (combined) or less. My only requirement is a good location (somewhere near or in downtown or Miami Beach) and granite/quartz counters + a dishwasher. Anyone interested in discussing further?
