I've spent the last 2 years in consulting after spending the first 6 in industry. I'm considering pivoting back to industry to be in an operations leadership role but I'm not sure if I'm moving too quickly and missing out on more advanced consulting experience. Real talk how do you adjust to the age differences in an mba? Recently started school at 25 and most of my classmates are 2-6 years older than me and sometimes it feels hard to connect - does it get easier over time? Am I imagining it? I think in undergrad since most of your friends were at the same age/period in life it was a bit easier to connect..

What do you consider a more lucrative post MBA career? Tech or consulting? My impression is that although consulting lures you in with high base and sign on bonus, tech pay can be commiserate or even more through RSAs. Thoughts?

Financing Q from incoming MBA student: Applied through Juno and just got approved for a loan from Earnest. Three quick questions: 1) confirming that I can only borrow for the upcoming year and would have to reapply next year? 2) I got 5.16% Fix APR - should I accept or look elsewhere? 3) does having a co-signer make a big difference?
