I’m in the process of onboarding with Cognizant and facing issues with the documents they’ve asked for. They need
.Salary slips from all previous employers (10 years).
.Bank statements covering the entire duration for each company I worked with, showing join and exit dates.
With 10 years of experience, arranging such old records especially salary slips and bank statements is very difficult.
Has anyone here faced a similar situation? Appreciate if someone can share his experience Cognizant
