Estonia is a cold country, it may go upto -34 or less sometimes during winter. Winters are quite long and can be depressing. I would say, first consider the weather conditions before applying to northen countries in Europe. For some it is hard to find friends and company especially when you are moving abroad based on your job profile. Although, young people speak English pretty well, learning Estonian is important to integrate with the local and for day today living, especially if you are planning to stay there for long time. Plus, Estonian is one of the toughest languages in Europe. On the bright side, this language is quite new and Estonians are not quite fluent as well. So if you could manage to learn simple words as well, locals will be really appreciative. Apart from that, Tallinn is a hub for internationals, in terms of exposure. There are many international schools if you are planning with kids. Cost of living might be a bit high because the capital. Finding housing could be hard in capital and near city center. Overall, it is a fair place to live but I am sure you could save up if you are single and conservative, live frugally.
