Hi Everyone,
Need your suggestions please
I come from a cyber strategy background with very little technical experience.
I want to make a shift towards Devsecops,
Could anyone please suggest what is the best way to build the needed skills /do projects online for the relevant experience?,
Thanks,thanks a lot in advance,!

I’d recommend moving them more to a personal online portfolio. Some of them are not as worth mentioning as you might think (from a recruiter/resume viewer point of view).
As for your resume, general rule of thumb is you want to keep your last 3-5 years of employment experience. If you still have space left (and ideally you should have plenty at your age otherwise your resume is too long already), then pick a couple of your most recent projects from the last 1-2 years (3+ only if there’s something genuinely incredibly for eg. Generated revenue or had large traffic) and mention them briefly.
Thanks everyone
Don't think you want coursework on your LinkedIn. But it's a great thing to talk about in an interview!
Yeah coursework isn't really the best thing to have on there, but you can do some highlights of cool stuff you're skilled at or projects (maybe don't specify that they were as a student when you post it on res/Linkedin).
Your portfolio is very impressive!
Thanks!

Examples of what I mean by "worth mentioning" & "diverse" projects:
- A replica of twitter with all the core features.
- A search engine (with an indexer, ranker, crawler, etc.).
- OS toy projects (e.g. toy scheduler)
- Simple MIPS-based microprocessor (VHDL)
- An implementation of a classical machine learning paper on style transfer.
- A sophisticated web app for creating and managing matches, seat reservations, tickets.
- A smart garage system, including an Arduino, a WiFi chip acting as an AP/Server providing a simple web page managing the garage, a motor for controlling the garage door, sensors for detecting cars, etc (implemented in hardware on a miniature garage).
- Battleships game implemented in X86 Assembly.
- A simple distributed file storage system.
My final year project (in progress) is an implementation of a Mobile Adhoc Network for tactical teams. Including a router at the network layer (from scratch) and an application.
** All the projects are team projects
The main reason I am asking is that I don't wanna have a very long Resume and there's only so much I can fit there (aiming for a single page). Also, I don't wanna leave them there for too long that they become irrelevant (is this guy still talking about his college projects?).
