Hi, I’m struggling to land an entry-level data analytics role despite having skills in Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, and R, along with project experience and an Information Systems degree. Many roles ask for experience I don’t have, and I’m finding it hard to stand out. Any advice on breaking into the field, networking, or certifications that helped you would mean a lot. Like joining location is different, salary was given too less than expected Salary...
I've not accepted or rejected the letter of intent but I've emailed the HR asking to make changes in the letter to resend... Is everyone facing the same situation ??

I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? I’m up for a promotion at work and I have no idea how much to ask for since it’s not a standard position. Currently I’m a team lead and manage about 8 technicians, my promotion will be to a regional service delivery manager, and I will be managing over 30 in 3 locations. I went from a tier 1 engineer in managed servers to team lead with about a 10k increase in salary.I’m thinking about a 15k increase this time from 65k to 80k. Anybody in managed services have a similar position to compare

I'm currently interviewing for a hardware internship (at a startup). I've had a phone interview, a 30 minute technical interview and now I have a 2-3 hour interview. Is it just me or does this seem a little excessive for an internship?
