Hi is it true that TCS will end WFH ,Hybrid from November.its going to be 5 days office.Really don't understand why HR, managers don't mention these things before.Just to get talents they will give WFH ,SBWS,new wfh policy by 2025 is already in phase kinda comments.But ground reality is stark different.No wonder why people leave.

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.

I love my WFH in PwC India & base location of Kolkata. & the best thing is stability in PwC India, they never lay off!!

I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
