I've got a recent offer from EY - 6.5 LPA.

I've currently in notice period and now TCS has told me that they'd try to match the offer.

In 2 days I have another interview coming up for Accenture.

My total experience is 2 years and 9 months. I am working as a ABAP on HANA DEVELOPER who is having thoroug hands-on experience in oData, Fiorielements, UI5 adaptations as well. TCS is my 1st company as well.

I'm confused on what's the salary I should be asking for.
Please help.

1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus

2. EY India - Associate consultant - 8 Lpa fixed + 1.44 lpa variable + 2 lac joining bonus.
