My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).
Also it would be great if someone can give guidance on exit clearances as I'm worried that I will miss out something.

Do you get the feeling that there is a higher image promotion of women/minority people in Tech?I have seen way to many pictures from major tech companies that promote far more women/minorities than white males in their marketing materials.Wouldn't be better if we hired the best people no matter what the race/gender is?I know some companies are not publishing any gender/race stats but you cant't really demand a 50/50 ratio.Also there is no coincidence that most execs is some companies are British. So this goes both ways.

Living in my parents house, which NEEDS a makeover. What do you guys do to make your house look cozier? My parents house is tiny, low ceiling, and no seperate on between kitchen and the living room. It literally looks like a grandma house.

Should I just use catalogs? Or should I hire an interior designer? Do you have any tips? My biggest issue is that it looks disorganized no matter what because there’s no distinction between when the kitchen ends and when the living room starts

Hi! I’m a young professional with less than 2 years experience, started a new job 1.5 months ago. I’m having quite some difficulties on balancing out my response time to tasks. While I act incredibly fast if not immediately with some, I sometimes take 1-2 weeks with couple of hours worthy ones. Sometimes I ignore, procrastinate or simply other more urgent things come up to increase the delay. Also I work with 3 managers in my team which doesn’t help with expectations nor guidance. Just completed my last shift in the ICU. I'm glad to be shifting back to the Maternatity ward. It was exhausting, and emotionally draining working with such sick patients. I know the work we did made a big difference, but I'm glad to go back to my favorite role!
