Just wanted some opinion on salary as I look towards applying internally for a finance manager position. I’ve been at the Sr.Finance analyst position for 1.5 years and making $127k (no bonus ) in Houston TX. The company is a global Fortune 500. I just recently passed all my CPA exams this month and applying for the license by YE (mgmt. is aware)

1. What compensation I should expect at the finance manager position?
2. Should I apply after YE for the annual inflation update into the salary?

Have a presentation in front of a large group tomorrow and it's giving me anxiety. Will taking a Xanax help?

Didn't have top grades, wasn't on law review. Worked at a midsize firm and was laid off in march-- have about 3 years experience in a hot practice area.
