I can't suggest anything right now but I can feel the pain... starting same journey and I have no clue how will succeed. Egg pickup is done and after two months break, Embryo implant will be decided tomorrow. They say have to take injection for first 18 days then if the result in positive then have to take injection daily for 3 months and that too temporary in the city so have to figure out how to go back to our place. Meanwhile doing all this while going to office and coping with the mental exhaustion. I can get 20 days WFH with some excuse because obviously can't tell about planning pregnancy as it brings me in layff position but then no clue how to manage 3 months injection without stress when you are doing office home hospital alltogether. My rant won't stop. If you want to share or ask anything I am here because I can understand every bit of your situation. I Don't even like talking to family about this.

in a same boat
I can understand and have gone through same journey.
During egg pickup you can manage with regular work with couple of leaves. But after transfer, I would suggest to take break or leave for first 3 months which is considered as critical.
My company supported me and I took leave for 3 months and resumed WFH till delivery.
You will have to discuss with your HR to get support.
Otherwise you will be very stressed and it can impact your IVF journey which I think you don't want.
So it's better you discuss and plan accordingly as this process is very draining, emotionally, physical and financially

Can anyone tell me how many injections they give during the implant.
During the retrieval it was countless for me. Just don't want to say numbers as it's scary for others.
It depends on multiple factors and from where you are getting it done.
After implant, I had to get blood thinner injection for initial 4-5 days. That's it.
They are giving progesterone injection daily for 18 days as mandatory and dint tell me how many apart from that
In my case They gave blood thinner everyday and progesterone every alternate day
More than that. Everyday you need to apply ice pack . Even blood thinner is painful when you are taking the injection but progesterone injection pain will start after 30 mins of taking the injection and last for two days if you are applying icepack
