Hi , Need some help on Accenture recruitment process..

Recently I got interviewed for the team lead position (level-9) But after one round of interview they directly shared the offer letter for sr analyst role(level 10) with 0% hike of my current compensation. They are Just offering some joining bonus.

Now I already sent mail about decline of the offer.
Do we need to 'don't accept' in workday ?
And will it hamper my future applications to the company?Accenture Accenture India

Can someone please help me how to get an offer when we have 90 days notice period? As most of the consultancies are expecting only 30 days. I wanted to move out of tcs as I'm not much comfortable with the project and team.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months.
