I am a Mechanical engineer (2018) working as a customer support ex in a fintech. I don't think there are future prospects here. I want to get into Data analytics, science, AI & ML. Can you suggest me a roadmap or tools to learn so that I can get a good salary package like around 20lpa?

Need to discuss an offer I got from MasterCard for Director of Product, based in Pune, India. Below are my details:
I am a multiple time founder, ran my company for 4 years, a self funded startup, so no concept of salary. My last CTC with a US based firm as a consultant was USD 96000 until Jan 2021 (I was residing in India).
I have an offer in hand from a startup for 90 LPA + 1Cr worth of ESOPs.
What number should I start with and what should I really expect? Thanks much.

1.Interviewer didn't ask any technical questions. I had only one interview.
2. Evening itself I got call that i was selected and ready to discuss salary.
3. Last year it was under IT raid because of pro particular political party
