I just wanted to ask some advice on this.
I am currently working as a kyc analyst with a French bank for the past 2 years(I joined from college). I want to switch to finance field. Just to be safe from laying off, I had given interview for kyc analyst at another famous bank in Japan and got selected with 20% hike. But I am not sure whether to accept this offer or to continue looking for jobs in finance as switching fields would be difficult with more years of experience.
