Hi! quick question, is it illegal to pay someone to find me a job?

I am willing to pay anyone $5000 to find me a remote job within in US

Why am I doing this?
My requirements are a bit different from the usual case. I am not eligible to work in the US and I know sponsoring is hard (90% of my applications were rejected on that basis) but I can work as a contractor (W2 Tax Form for employers) because I have an LLC set up.

I can PROVE my work experience that I will do good at the job too.

Anyone else frustrated by colleagues abusing WFH? I was hoping COVID would show that we’re capable of working from home as an option, but partners are getting annoyed that people are doing things like grocery shopping and getting their oil changed in the middle of the workday.

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?
