Worst company to work for , leaders r fools. They will tire u, invalidate ur work, shame u infront of everyone. If u r extremely talented using ur words and have no brain or intelligence at all. U will thrive . It's not for talented people.

It's good only, been here for 1.5 years now. Haven't felt like a bad move ever.

Did you join kenvue, how is the work culture, work life balance and any news on KC acquiring Kenvue

Have you accepted the offer. What was the fixed component?

A guy that I’ve been seeing over the past few months just lost his job - what can I do to support him? Not his SO and we are quarantining with our respective families on opposite coasts, but I like him a lot and want to show that I care without being overbearing/overstepping boundaries. BTW he’s also a consultant and got let go after reviews due to performance reasons and his firm not doing so well.

We are looking to restructure our marketing team (B2B IT services) and one of the questions I have is: how does recruitment marketing / employer branding fit into the marketing team?
Over the last year EB and RM have become increasingly larger parts of our team’s work, but it’s not part of the marketing commercial targets (just helping recruitment meet their targets). Are they completely separate in your company? Or part of the team and if so how?

There's a debate about this going on in the Google bowl, which I find interesting. Most people are saying they don't have a problem with this, but I think it's deeply unfair.

The argument that resonates with me is that if you move to a LCOL city the value of your output isn't all of sudden worth 25% less.

Curious what others in the industry think.
