Seems like 10% potentially useful but relatively mundane/90% scams. Wouldn’t build my whole practice around it but also wouldn’t avoid it altogether.

I’m in IP and working to become more familiar so that I can say that I am but I would absolutely not build a whole practice around it with the intent to do it forever.

Seems risky to build your practice over an area that's very volatile and in an industry that really has very low barriers to entry. My gut tells me with capital markets experience and familiarity with securities offerings, it would be useful in the long run. I can't imagine it goes as unregulated as it is now in the long run.

If you also do EC/VC and/or fintech on top of having crypto work you’ll be fine.
