I can't recall if Amy or anyone else has conducted an analysis, to be honest. It feels almost like someone has? This sounds a bit familiar...
Learners (formerly User Research Collective?) used to conduct an annual salary survey with those variables though! The last one I recall seeing was from early 2021 and should come up on Google.

I make 65k with 1 yr experience in the Midwest. I think even for the Midwest I am probably underpaid though...
Starting salaries for any UX role in the midwest used to be in the mid 70s. Unfortunately, oversaturation in the market, coupled with low UX maturity levels, is driving salaries down dramatically.
Late to this, but am curious about others in the field.

- 20% annual bonus

- South USA (started when lived in CA though)

- Spain

I feel what’s missing from this is gender and education level.
