SAP offer letter process it too slow. I have attended the interviews, got the proposed offer but it’s been 3+ weeks that official offer letter is not released and the HR is not responding to follow up email.

Any idea if this is normal time taken by SAP? Anyone else faced this issue? Still any hope?
