Is here anyone who left Vodafone or knows the policy of notice period.
When I am getting calls from recruiters they are asking me to join within 30 Days.
But as my Notice Period is 60 Days and no idea about the company will release me early or payout options.
I need your help to clarify the notice period policy.

Am I particularly uptight, or is writing meant to be done alone, without a partner talking to you? With past partners, we chat through script notes and then I go off to execute. Current partner likes to sit and chat as I write. To me, writing is crafting a conversation. So I can’t talk to you and simultaneously talk to this audience. Of course I can just say “I’m gonna go write.” But since we’re both CD level, I’m like…is this his first rodeo? Maybe other writers are different though.

Can anyone share what happens in this fitment round on interview?
HRs have asked to submit documents even before this fitment round; which seems unusual. Is this normal for UBS and this is how they progress?
