I am getting offered a full time position. My company pays around 71k for full time staff in my position, but the average pay for this position is 83k according to Glassdoor. I need 83-85k to stay where I live. I have a few years of experience and am credentialed in a specified therapy which I thought would boost my value. Advice is appreciated!!
