Because agencies would then have to be willing to deal with racist clients, off handed comments from coworkers , and the harsh truth that minorities do not see themselves actively represent within higher leadership. But you know we have progressed 😉
Some agencies are more diverse than others. And unfortunately it goes along with the type of clients they have and the industries they service (and where their offices are located)
Because we live in Trump's America
