Hi There - I work for an organization that has retail locations. I had the team lead call me this morning (a Saturday) because he had to send a new employee home. The employee he sent home had a mental health episode shortly after arriving to work. The team lead had asked him to be on order taking duty to work on the new employee's customer service skills. The employee said he could not interact with people today and when pressed further started to cry and said he (new employee) felt like he wanted to hurt someone else or himself. The team lead had the new employee call someone to come pick him up.

My question is, has anyone else ever had to deal with a similar situation in the pas where an employee admits he could be a danger to himself or others?

I’ve been working for a small investment firm for about a year and am having some issues with my boss. We have a weekly check-in but he’s ALWAYS 2-3 hours late, or skips the meeting altogether without warning. He also never replies to any of the emails I send. I already spoke with him about these issues, but things haven’t really changed. I really like the work I do but I’m starting to feel frustrated about the situation. Any advice? Had my first egg retrieval a few weeks ago. Still trying to comprehend what happened. All my ultrasounds and blood work came back perfect. In the end, I had 30 follicles and they were only able to retrieve 3 eggs. Our embryologist said my egg quality was very poor and one had been dead for a long time. None of my tests ever indicated any issues. I have tested my egg reserve twice and everything came back normal. Any thoughts/advice? I’m really at a loss for words.

Need your expert guidance! Having 2 offers from qualitest and Capgemini for devops engineer role! JD is pretty much same in both the orgs but Qualitest is providing fixed X lpa and Capgemini is also giving fixed X.8 lpa. So which offer should I consider? Please help me here!
