I am seeing a guy and having a hard time thinking about him in terms of long term relationship. One thing that bothers me is that he never showers after he comes back from the gym and I told him that I find it nasty. We currently live separately so I don't have to see him after he works out which is a good thing but I can easily see this being a problem in the future. Any tips? I have overall 9.25 years of experience and relevant experience of 5.5 years in data science and Machine learning. All the offers that I get is for senior consultant (fractal, infocepts, Capco). Is it right to accept a designation of senior consultant at this experience or should I go for manager designation.

Also my current CTC is 15lpa and no one is offering me beyond 25lpa. Is it okay to accept 25lpa CTC
