I applied for the L5 BizOps role with the minimum 5 YOE in consulting; now, having joined this bowl am realizing I probably should have applied to L4…my app is still at the HR screen stage, is it too early to send in a second app for the L4 role? Or better to apply to L4 S&O for a different team? My experience probably reads best for BizOps though…
