So you have to commute anywhere and what’s the budget? All things equal west harlem is my fav, then central. I don’t love East Harlem but I don’t like most of the east side of the city so there’s that.

I’m in the same boat. With regards to credit, I learned that there are companies that can be your guarantor!! Lol if you don’t have a co-signer or guarantor of your own, you can pay these companies!

One is literally called “The Guarantors”. The other I learned about is called “Rhino”. The caveat is that the building/property has to work with them.

Look into the apartment you want and apply- if you get denied, apply to one of the guarantor companies with the info and let them tell you yes or no if they will work with you. I think this is a pretty awesome option.

I’m hoping to steer clear of any scams by posting & I know it’s been posted before but, again, scams. Anyway, I am looking for something that can be done remotely on nights and weekends after I get home from my daily in-office job. My sister passed away & I’m now helping raise her kids. With Christmas coming, I’m nervous and dreading the season not only to not have her but will I make it a happy one for the kids. I need extra income but need to be home with them in the evenings.

Is it true for Assoc 602 level who hasn't completed one year, can't have S. My managers(functional and local) gave this reason for my OOO?
