• I completed technical and panel interviews in August and September 2025.
• I was requested to submit the official application form in September 2025, which I duly completed.
• I attended an HR discussion round in October 2025, during which compensation structure discussions were initiated.
• On 19 November 2025, I received a protected message from Talent Acquisition and subsequently shared my salary documents for CTC alignment.

Had my interview on 12th Feb evening. The same day late night I got an email asking to upload the Application form( Completed the same on 13th Feb). Can I understand only HR discussion pending for me? If yes how much time will it take for me to get the HR call.

Hello Fishes, I was an experienced qualified Professor in Sociology for almost 8 years from 2014 to 2020. Due to motherhood I resigned from my job as I am living in a nuclear family.
