Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. Anyone looking at traveling to Costa Rica? They have a list of states from which they will admit tourists while also requiring a negative covid test, health history, etc. As someone not on the approved list, I am bitter and curious why the population is grouped at a state level when there are massively different rates of infection within each state (not to mention personal responsibility) and you are already required to present a negative test. Any idea how often those lists get updated?

What are your security and privacy concerns on metaverse, apart from data privacy?

Product managers - are you typically accountable for delivery of features? ie once a set of features are in a sprint are you accountable if dev/QA work is delayed or does that sit with the engineering managers/leads? I’m in that situation where my company has over committed to delivering a bunch of features and trying to figure out what else I can do to help.

Anyone else have experience leading product managers across multiple groups who don't have much to do with each other? Or leading a group whose teams don't really make sense as a group?
