Company culture is at an all-time low, and it will only go down from here from what I’ve seen in the short months I’ve been there.

Closing is scheduled for Friday, and client (buyer) just informed everyone (lender, lender's counsel, seller, seller's counsel, and us) that they decided to have another affiliate take title to the property. Never mind all the signature pages are sitting in escrow. It's these moments that make me hate transaction.

I applied to six schools (HSW, Sloan, Kellogg, Booth) in R1.

I didn’t apply to Haas in R1 and due some personal situations, now prefer it over some of the other schools I applied to because I wouldn’t need to relocate from the Bay Area.

If I get into a school in R1, how long do I have to decide? anyone ever give up an R1 spot they got in to to go to another school admitted in R2?

3.1 GPA at top 3 public university, 780 GMAT, 2 YOE in consulting. Thoughts? My GPA sucks and really throwing me in for a storm. Idk what my targets are.

This is going to sound like an insane question but I keep reading comments in various threads saying that a 760 GMAT in the banking / consulting / PE world is pretty average and won’t help an application. If true, what is the alternative? Retake for a 780??
