Hey, My interview is scheduled next week with exl for the post of data analyst (python & Tableau) . I just wants to know how many rounds are in the interview process. I will say though I didn’t think mine was super friendly... I also didn’t pass the interviews maybe that’s why lol
Mine was super casual. We chatted about corona, the short answer essays, and my job. Very few typical “interview” questions (e.g., “tell me about a time when you showed leadership”). They did ask the classic why MBA/why now/why Sloan.
I’d say mine was very similar to SA1, it’s very much like a HBS interview without much probing to the next level but the interviewer comes in prepared with what they want to ask
Yeah mine was almost entirely about a nonprofit I started in college and how it connected to my recent work in philanthropy and my future goals - super conversational and friendly
Mine was focused more on behavioral questions, nothing on my additional essays or anything technical. Got in, happy to answer any other questions :)
