Better look for opportunities outside.
Nothing can be done. Just document all the evidences and use it with CLR team but nothing helps. Try to find some way to extend your tenure. In February you will get bonus whatever it is. Just keep applying outside. Which team you are in, let everyone know where it is happening? Don't personally message you can let everyone know and we can at least find people stuck in similar team. I faced similar problems and had to leave

Please first of all don't think you can win against them. Secondly you can collect evidences but use them to delay the time and keep applying outside. Lastlt don't loose hope if you give up you are gone as they would like you to submit resignation in order to avoid the process as it would not be so easy, so don't fall in their trap, they can say we are with you bla bla but dont believe that. Keep applying and leave and if it affects you then just highlight.
Also when you document please note down the date etc and all details what someone said and tdy fo use slack or emails so you csn have official record. Just keep emailing yourself daily as to.hiw you were treated. Lastly if woild get you 4 5 months time so just use it applu and leave
Right now i don’t think there’s anything documented on email. All the 1:1 were verbal and nothing was recorded on email then in a complete year. Now they are forcing me to apply outside.
What type of documents or evidence are required to initiate PIP for someone?
Also which team are you in at least tell division is it CFR GRC or EDDS
