My company switched to WFH/ hybrid permanently which enabled employees to relocate to their dream state as a personal choice & still work for the company. The only requirement is that they return in person 4x a year at their own expense. All other work related travel expenses other than these 4 in person meetings are covered by the company. It was known before accepting the WFH option/ moving.

Some employees are finding this unfair/ unreasonable, company should pay. What are your thoughts?

I feel that I'm in a mental rut lately. Everyone in my life is celebrating promotions, raises, a great steady relationship, etc. with minimal effort, and I'm starting to realize that every part of my life has been much more struggle to reach the same stage as everyone else. Any idea on how tax manager portal in tcs considers receipts for tax declaration. I want to declare home load but it's asking for provisional certificate for current F.Y. but we get the certificates by dec/jan. So, can we add receipts later(dec-jan)

My previous role was TL role but in TCS I have been offered initially AST role for which I was very happy but later while document verification HR identified a gap in the experience and have changed the role to IT analyst but the salary hike was not reduced . How long would it take for me to get promoted to AST role. I re-checked with HR if my role is still going to be a TL role after getting hired she mentioned 'yes' but there will be project specific roles.
