Hello! I am a 5th year associate in a major TX metro. My base is $150,000 and after this year’s bonus expect to earn $220,000. In 2022, I generated $2.1M in net fee for the firm. Is this on par with what other firm’s are paying? Is it more? Is it less? Is it just right?

Interested in making the move from data analytics to data science eventually at bigger tech co. Currently at a startup, coming up on 1 year mark this week. Got an offer from a ML startup for another data analytics role with clear progression to ML engineer. Comp is the essentially the same (95k). My fear is jumping around too much too frequently. Should I stay at my current role, bide my time, and keep trying to jump to a bigger tech data role or make the switch to another startup now?

Can any plaintiff side securities litigation associates speak to typical base and total comp? I understand it can vary quite a bit by year but would appreciate a general range.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

How to handle working with multiple offices? The past couple years I’ve been shared amongst the market and have clients in multiple different cities with multiple different teams. Issue is they don’t communicate on my schedule and get annoyed when I’m busy with another office…. It seems like we’ve had many people join from firms today. In the in-house bowl we had a lot of people speaking about F50 who don’t actually work there and the info/advice was often not accurate.
